A new restaurant with 188 seats opened in Moscow, in the penthouse of a completely reconstructed building built in 1976 (now AZIMUT Hotel Smolenskaya, formerly the Soviet hotel Belgrade). The restaurant is located on the 22-23 floors. The opening took place in December 2019. It was then that the restaurant appeared with a variety of seafood, stunning panoramic views of Moscow and a cozy atmosphere.
To bring their ideas to life, the designers turned to the nature of Sakhalin, Russia's easternmost island, for inspiration. The Central wall is a symbol of mount Lopatina, the highest point of the island. the cascading marble RAW bar is an allusion to the Korsakov plateau with its wavy surface and a complex of ancient sea terraces. The drawing of the bar is a mosaic created by nature itself. And the masters also jewelry glued the stone to get a smooth shape, in which the upper edge overhangs the lower.
